Instant Pot Rice
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 1 cup Cold Water
- 1/2 tsp. Salt optional
- Rinse the rice under cold water by gently scrubbing the rice with your fingertips. Pour out the milky water between cleaning, and continue to rinse until the water is clear.
- Add the Rice, Salt, and Cold Water to the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid, and set to SEALING.
- Pressure Cook at HIGH PRESSURE for 3 minutes, then NATURAL RELEASE for 10 minutes.
- Release the remaining pressure, and open the lid.
