Boil the tortellini, according to the package instructions. Drain and keep aside.
In a non-stick pot, heat the Butter and Olive Oil over medium high heat, until the butter is fully melted.
Add the Garlic and saute until golden brown.
Dissolve the Cornstarch in the Vegetable Broth, and pour the mixture into the pot.
Mix in the Italian Seasoning, Salt, and Pepper.
Bring to a boil and let it cook, uncovered, until the sauce thickens.
Mix in the cooked Tortellini until fully coated.
Garnish with finely chopped fresh herbs like basil or parsley, and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
