Rinse the rice under cold water by gently scrubbing the rice with your fingertips. Pour out the milky water between cleaning, and continue to rinse until the water is clear.
Add the Rice, Salt, and Cold Water to the Instant Pot.
Close the lid, and set to SEALING.
Pressure Cook at HIGH PRESSURE for 3 minutes, then NATURAL RELEASE for 10 minutes.
Release the remaining pressure, and open the lid.
