Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
  

Meatballs

  • 1.5 cups Pretzels, finely crushed
  • 1 box Stuffing mix (6 ounces)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 pound Ground turkey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries, roughly chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Dipping Sauce

  • 1 can Cranberry sauce (14-oz.)
  • 1/2 tsp. Orange zest
  • Pinch Cinnamon
  • Pinch Garlic powder

Directions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400° and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Combine the Stuffing Mix, Pretzels, Milk, Turkey, Egg, Chopped Cranberry, and Parsley. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Roll meatball mixture into 1 ½ inch balls and arrange on prepared baking sheet. Bake until meatballs are cooked through, about 20 minutes.
  • While meatballs are cooking, stir Cinnamon, Orange Zest, and Garlic Powder into the Cranberry Sauce.
