Turkey Meatballs
Meatballs
- 1.5 cups Pretzels, finely crushed
- 1 box Stuffing mix (6 ounces)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 pound Ground turkey
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup Dried cranberries, roughly chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
Dipping Sauce
- 1 can Cranberry sauce (14-oz.)
- 1/2 tsp. Orange zest
- Pinch Cinnamon
- Pinch Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400° and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Combine the Stuffing Mix, Pretzels, Milk, Turkey, Egg, Chopped Cranberry, and Parsley. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Roll meatball mixture into 1 ½ inch balls and arrange on prepared baking sheet. Bake until meatballs are cooked through, about 20 minutes.
While meatballs are cooking, stir Cinnamon, Orange Zest, and Garlic Powder into the Cranberry Sauce.
