Super Easy Fried Rice


  • 1 cups Cool Water
  • 1 cups Uncooked Jasmine Rice, Rinsed well (or any long-grain rice)
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onions (White part)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil (NOT olive oil, too much flavor)
  • 3 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onions (Green part)


  • Add the Cool Water and Rinsed Rice to your Instant Pot, and hit the 'Rice' button. Wait 10 minutes after cooking is complete before doing a pressure release.
  • In a bowl, combine the Eggs, Cooked Rice, 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil, Oyster or Hoisin Sauce, and mix well.
  • When the rice is ready – In a wok over medium heat, add the 1 tbsp. of Cooking Oil and the Green part of the onions, and stir until the onions are fragrant.
  • Turn the heat on the wok up to high, and add the Rice/Egg mixture, stirring continuously, until the eggs are cooked.
  • Add other ingredients at this point if desired.
