Big surprise… Progressive doesn’t care about customer service either.
So I cancelled my Progressive auto insurance (after moving to AAA) and got hit with a $50 fee for cancelling… I guess Flo, the Progressive Girl doesn’t actually care about customer service either :P
Whoever wants to comment and explain why it costs money to cancel, blah blah blah – save your breath – blah blah blah.
Customer service is nearly non-existent these days. I’ve had just one auto insurance claim in my life – they’ve made plenty of of money using my money to make investments. It’s just another legal way to gouge customers.
As they say… vote with your dollars.
