All the years I lived in the Seattle area, it never snowed and STUCK for more than a day. This past week has been tough. Mainly because the apartment complex I live in, is up a STEEP hill. And with the snow covering all the roads and turning to ice over night, that meant I couldn’t take my car down driveway for four days without the risk of sliding into oncoming traffic – or down the steep hill on the other side of the road.
I missed a couple days of work (which isn’t good considering we all get laid off on 12/31, and I could use the cash!) I don’t really have snow clothes, so walking to the store would have frozen my feet off :)
