Well.. it looks like I may be getting between $50 and $100 back from Bank of America. There was an interview on NPR about how to find money that is owed to you because of old or forgotten accounts. I put in my name, and came up with two hits for the State of Washington, for Bank of America, with a value of $25 – $50 each. The site www.MissingMoney.com linked me to the State website, where I put in the pertinent information, and cha-ching – They said they were sending a check.
I know – it sounds too good to be true, but it was an official State website, and they had all my information already… pretty crazy… check it out…
