Cottage Cheese and Oats Waffles
- 1 cup Whole Oats
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 3 large Eggs
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 2 Tbs. Vanilla Extract
- Add the Oats to a food processor or blender, and puree until the Oats turn into a fine powder.
- Add the Cottage Cheese, Eggs, Baking Soda, and Vanilla to the Oats, and process until the batter is smooth.
