Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1.5 cups Pretzels, finely crushed
- 1 box Stuffing mix (6 ounces)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 pound Ground turkey
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup Dried cranberries, roughly chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
Dipping Sauce
- 1 can Cranberry sauce (14-oz.)
- 1/2 tsp. Orange zest
- Pinch Cinnamon
- Pinch Garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Combine the Stuffing Mix, Pretzels, Milk, Turkey, Egg, Chopped Cranberry, and Parsley. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Roll meatball mixture into 1 ½ inch balls and arrange on prepared baking sheet. Bake until meatballs are cooked through, about 20 minutes.
- While meatballs are cooking, stir Cinnamon, Orange Zest, and Garlic Powder into the Cranberry Sauce.
